The project aims to overcome limited automation, insufficient traceability and the lack of integration between production and management systems, which hinder improvements in the company\u2019s efficiency. With a view to modernising and digitally transforming its core production processes, and to achieving Level 4 \u201cTransparency\u201d on the Industry 4.0 Maturity Index, the project envisages the introduction of a key technology: Big Data analytics based on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Following contractor selection procedures in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 4 of the Council of Ministers, the following will be purchased and commissioned:<\/p>\n The purchase of these assets is necessary for the introduction of \u201cBig Data Analytics\u201d and \u201cHorizontal and Vertical Integration\u201d in the enterprise. The planned high-tech assets are a prerequisite for increasing the company\u2019s production capacity and ensuring the necessary technological capacity. The project comprises 2 activities:<\/p>\n During the implementation of the project, the visibility and publicity requirements under the provisions relevant to the project will be observed. The successful implementation of the project will contribute to raising the company\u2019s level of digitalisation. The investments comply with the requirements of the \u201cdo no significant harm\u201d principle with regard to the environment.<\/p>\n Project objective(s):<\/strong> The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness, technological maturity and operational efficiency of the enterprise through the deployment of modern Industry 4.0 technologies and the comprehensive digitalisation of production processes. The project aims to build an integrated technological environment that enables the collection, processing and analysis of production data in real time, creating conditions for sustainable development and structured optimisation of operations.<\/p>\n Expected results:<\/strong> Digitalisation will enable a high level of automation of the company\u2019s production and business processes through the introduction of Big Data and IIoT technologies. This will lead to optimised use of resources and reduced operating costs.
